Title         :  Quality Assurance Analyst

State        :  Dallas TX

Duration  :   6 Months

 

(F2F interview required after phone)

 

Required Skills :

• Experience in GIS.
• Experience in software development and quality assurance
• Experience in developing and executing test plans, and experience developing and documenting software requirements and documentation
• Experience designing tests for and testing both Windows applications and web sites
• Experience working in an environment of limited process, low documentation, high productivity, and a small team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Select and then engage in the most effective activities that will improve the quality of our software as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.
• Designing tests, administering automated and manual testing, capturing and documenting requirements with the assistance of a technical writer
• Much of your initial work will be manual testing at the user interface level and development of automated test software/scripts for message based interfaces.
• Help drive out requirements, assemble documentation, design tests, and oversee the deployment of solutions to the end user.
• Will be an individual contributor in support of our QA initiative but may occasionally change roles and develop applications alongside the current development team.
