“Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee (K-Tic)” celebrated the “EID AL-FITR”

"Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee (K-Tic) is a non-profit  Socio-Welfare Islamic  Organization,  established  in February 2006, registered with Embassy of India, Kuwait and also registered with Ministry of Awqaaf & Islamic Affairs under the Administration of Grand Mosque and Administration of Mosque Dept. of Ministry of Awqaf of Kuwait, serving the whole Tamil community, irrespective of nation, who speaks & understand Tamil language.

K-Tic has a impressive name among the socio-welfare organizations in Kuwait and Gulf countries whose benevolent works and enlightening activities and conserving Islamic uniqueness and also well known with the thousands of Indians especially all Tamil speaking people in Kuwait.

K-Tic celebrated by arranging  “EID Prayer & Sermon” at K-Tic’s Khaithan Tamil Khutbah Masjid Miqdaad Bin Amr (r.a.) - (opposite to Hotel Crowne Plaza, Farwaniya). With the grace of Almighty Allah on the day of Eid on 19.08.2012, as scheduled and informed earlier, the Takbeer started at 6:30 AM. 
 
At 6:45 AM - Special lecture was delivered by the chief guest from India, Moulavee Afzalul Ulamaa Ash-Shaikh M. Mohammed AbuThahir Baaqavee Fazil Devbandhi (Professor, Noorul Islam Arabic College, Salem, Tamilnadu). At 7:30 AM, Moulavee Al-Haafiz Ash-Shaikh M. Muhammed Nizamuddeen Baaqavee briefed the Eid Prayer and conducted it.
 
Followed by prayer the Eid Sermon Khuthbah was done by Moulavee Afzalul Ulamaa Ash-Shaikh A.B. Khaleel Ahmed Baaqavee M.A). With dua’a by the chief guest, the program concludes with snacks (a sweet and Tea was distributed). Special arrangements made for ladies prayer. Free DVD copy of the Seera program 2012 shall be distributed to all attendees.

Highlight : It is first time in Kuwait history, to gather about 2,000 individuals (including families, kids) in a Tamil Eid Prayer & Sermon. The inner and outer mosque was jam packed and people prayed outside the mosque.

We kindly request all Tamil speaking to congregate in the stream of Tamil Kutbah, where more than 600 brothers and sisters are participating the receiving fruitful message every Friday sermon.
