to Q for Eclipse users list
Hello,

I have in my .settings folder of my project a file called
'org.eclipse.core.runtime.prefs' where I have the following settings

eclipse.preferences.version=1
line.separator=\n

In a similar way, can I also specify that my Java imports should be
alphabetized, static imports following the other imports.

I checked up org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs but could not find a way for
this. Kindly let me know of a solution.

Thanks,
Sangeetha

Q4E is a plug-in for Apache Maven integration on Eclipse, so this group is not the right place for your question, you can try the JDT newsgroup:
http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.tools.jdt

Good luck!
