Java and C together

Hi All.

I'm starting a new project in which I'll be developing related Java
and C with JNI. I have used Eclipse for Java development, but not C
yet. It would seem logical to me to have all this related code in the
same project, but I suspect Eclipse needs it to be separate. For best
results, do I need to have separate Eclipse projects for the C and the
Java code, or can I combine them into a single Eclipse project. If
combined, would I tell Eclipse it's a Java project a C project or
something else?
