Following error is thrown:

Unable to read repository at file:/C:/Program
Files/eclipse/p2/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository/cache/content1088783785.xml.
The value of attribute "name" associated with an element type "null" must
not contain the '<' character.

could you post your file C:/Program
Files/eclipse/p2/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository/cache/content1088783785.xml ?

Here it is.
Btw, I tried installing from dev repository, and it works from there.
