hypertextual possibilities

I think that you can add a minimal hypertext possibilities. See:

You can download and test it to understand.
It was a 1992 hypertext DOS textual program (my "first love" ;-).

It would work in this way:
- if you put <<chapter01>> in your text this is a link to a file named
chapter01.txt (in the same folder).
- with Shift-UP and Shift-DOWN you can move to the next previous link
in your doc
- with Shift-RIGHT you go to the selected link, with Shift-LEFT you go
back.

In this way it would be easier to manage more file: ie a summary file
with link to the chapters, a file of notes etc.
