Spell Check troubles

Hello, just downloaded this tonight, and I am loving the software, only problem is, I press F7 to use spell check and... nothing happens. MY mouse gets the thinking wheel so I know the software is trying to do something, but after that, nothing, and this is after purposely misspelling words, etc to test it out. I have tried selecting the words, un-selecting, you name it, but the spell checker does not seem to want to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Where is Q10 installed?  Tehre were problems wiht Spell check if installed to C:\Program Files (x86) - installing in a dedicated root folder (e.g. c:\Q10\) may address this.
