[Q10 Editor] The ".." note function does not work properly for unicode Chinese text

Q10 is really a cute software. Especially, I like the note function
very much. It is fantastic and works perfectly in English text.

However, in a text with Chinese characters, the cursor didn't go back
to that right place after I chose a note in the Ctrl+H window,
although the note list was correct.

Many thanks for the nice software anyway.
