Problem with Cyrillic characters in txt files created in Q10. If i
write in Russian, save the file and then open it in another editor,
Russian characters can not be seen.
Apart from this the editor is a real charm.

I recently migrated to Windows 10 and started seeing same problem with czech diacritic. Before on Windows 8 it worked nicely. Tried to play with various compatibility options, but haven't found any working solution.
