Not Quite Full Screen

I really appreciate Q10, it's been great for me and my writing. I've installed it onto my laptop running Win11, and I have this odd thing where there's a maybe one-pixel-wide gap on the right side of my screen showing the windows etc underneath the program. I'm on a Framework Laptop (11th gen i5) running the latest version of Windows 11, with my display scaling set to 125%. Anything we can do to make it truly full-screen as intended?

Found a workaround: under compatibility settings, click "change high DPI settings" then under High DPI scaling override, check the 'Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:' box and select "Application" from the drop-down.
