issue with script mode

Hi, there is a file I am trying to run with CTRL+F5 to ensure that it is run locally in the folder it resides. The moment I hit CTRL+F5 I get:

>>> %run -i "D:\Documents\50 my folder\myfile.py"

File "<console>", line 1

%run -i " D:\Documents\50 my folder\myfile.py "

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Can anybody give me a hand? Thanks!
