New issue 4 by Joshua.R.English: numbercheck calls _normalize instead of
normalize in __call__
http://code.google.com/p/pyxmlcheck/issues/detail?id=4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a numbercheck object
2. Call check(9, as_string=True)
3. A unexpected keyword argument error is issued

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Supposed to get '9', get error instead
