Changlelog for changes since 0.2.90

This release adds support for customizable keybindings and a
keybinding editor to the preferences dialog. The keybindings can be
saved in multiple key profiles to allow for switching keybindings on
the fly.

The bundled CodeBrowser plugin has received an update to include a
number of new languages and improvements to the previously existing
ones. The Projects plugin has also been updated to fix a number of
bugs that were mostly visible on the Windows platform.

I'll be at Europython to give a presentation about Phatch
(http://photobatch.stani.be). Is anyone on the pyxides mailing list
going there? It would be nice to meet.

I'll be presenting http://lax.logilab.org/ but I have not been very
active on the pyxides list so far...

I'll be there, of course. It might be interesting to have some kind of
Open Space session where we can throw a few ideas around and see what
everyone is up to. Here's the page on the EuroPython site for that

I wanted to do something related to pyxides in 2006, but I don't think
there was any interest. Maybe times have changed a bit since then.
