New release: Version 0.10

[pyxel-detector-framework]

Hello Pyxel users,

We have recently released a new version of Pyxel: v0.10. The changes since the last major version include:

• Outputs of dynamic and parametric mode are Xarray datasets,
• Ability to save output datasets on disk with command in YAML configuration,
• Refactored parametric modes
• Updates in documentation
• dropped support for Python 3.6,
• more visualization tools for Jupyter notebooks
