New release: Version 1.14

[pyxel-detector-framework]

Dear Pyxel users,

The Pyxel version 1.14 is released.

This release brings a number of bugfixes and improvements.

The functions pyxel.exposure_mode(...), pyxel.observation_mode(...) and pyxel.calibration_mode(...) are deprecated and will be removed in Pyxel 2.0. These functions are replaced by pyxel.run_mode(...).
