Hello Pyxel users,

we are happy to inform you that with the last minor version, version 0.11.1, the Pyxel Gitlab repository at https://gitlab.com/esa/pyxel is now open to everyone. From now on new users don't have to request access to the repository via e-mail.

This is the first public release of Pyxel and the project is now fully open-source, released under MIT license. We are excited about this milestone and looking forward to version 1.0 !
