Hello Pyxel users,

The Pyxel team released version 1.3 !

This release includes contributions from 2 new contributors ! The bigger changes since version 1.1 are:

• New models  simple physical non-linearity, physical non-linearity and physical non-linearity with saturation by Thibaut Pichon. 
• Suppressing shot noise for some models in Charge generation based on a solution proposed by Lawrence Jones on Gitter. 
• Fixing command to create a new model. 
• Exposed function 'configuration.build_configuration' to the developer API as a private function. First contribution by Kieran Leschinski.
• Implement new fitness function 'reduced_chi_squared' for calibration mode. 
• Speedup start-up time of Pyxel. See new benchmarks at this link
• Improved documentation.
