Removing permessage-compress support (NOT permessage-deflate)

Hi all,

We're removing "permessage-compress" extension support from pywebsocket. It's obsoleted. Its successor is "permessage-deflate" extension specified in the Internet-Draft http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-hybi-permessage-compression-18. Please switch to it.
