Stream IP camera

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to stream the content of an IP camera in a webbrowser (a webview) in pyrhon . But i'm working on a raspberry pi, and I can't read the stream in my litte program... I tryied with the browser and it works. But what i get in my program is still encoded... How can I do to fix it?
