getting text at pointer position

Hi All,

I would like to ask whether it is possible to get something like a
mouse-over effect in webkit. I know that I can have that in the html
document by invoking some javascript, however, I would not like to go
down that road. E.g., if I wanted to extract a sentence at the
position of the mouse, could I get it by hooking up my function to
some signal in webkit? I have already looked at the list of available
signals, but nothing struck me as a candidate for such a task.

Could someone comment on this issue?
