Reaching out to people in Petach Tikva

Our next meeting is going to be at CyberArk in Petach Tikva on 24 November https://python.org.il/en/pyweb-2025-11

We already have one presentation, but we'll need one more.

However, the big thing I need help with is reaching out to python developers who work or live in Petach Tikva. This is a good opportunity for them to attend one of our events without going too far.
