PyVision Ubuntu.vdi in archive is damaged. I tried to download VM archive three times - with the same effect.

I just tested this on MacOS X 10.9 with the latest version of Virtual Box. My guess is that the zip extractor you are using has problems with files that are over 2GB in size. Once extracted the PyVision Ubuntu.vdi should be about 5.47 GB in size.
