Hello,

during processing some fci composites I get the following message:

Don't know how to open the following files: ('.../gshhs_land_water_mask_3km_1.tif') and
Don't know how to open the following files ('.../BlackMarble_2016_01deg_geo.tif)

Have I fogotten to import some modules or what does this message mean?

Best regards,
Bernhard

Hi, Bernhard,

I had the same issue, Panue explained that I needed to install rasterio and rioxarray, which solved the problem.

Regards,

José

Hi Bernhard,

can you please check that you have rasterio and rioxarray modules installed?

Can you also paste the full traceback? Because if the issue is related to raserio/rioxarray I thought we had fixed it such that you'd get a more informative error message.

Cheers,
Johan

Dear José, dear Johan,

thank's for the answer, rasterio was installed but rioxarray was not installed and imported.

Now the processing runs without the described error.

Best regards,
Bernhard
