Insteon, Python3 and X10

Greetings all,

I'm working on the python3 port of the insteon.py interface. Unless
someone screems, I'm going to remove support for X10. I'll bet no one
uses it.

I don't think it's necessary if it'll take a fair amount of dev time to port. X10 is so very unreliable, if someone buys an Insteon controller, they would most likely end up replacing there X10 equipment, eventually. Otherwise, they'd probably just use the CM11a interface and hardware for their X10 devices.

That reminds me, somewhere I have a CM11a interface and an X10 light and switch, I''ll hook it up when I get a chance and do the python3 port. That way it's at least tested.
