Hi all --

Previously our lab was using Enthought, but recently the EPD support
for x86_64 became purely commercial. I suspect that there will be
many others like us looking for an open source python solution. Python
(X,Y) looks great (better than Enthought, actually) and I am anxious
to start using it.

I noticed you currently support Ubuntu. Are there any plans to
support RedHat? Our lab is exclusively a RHEL5 operation.

Best,
Matthew

I have planned, at least, to provide an rpm package, yes.
It seems today to work on Suze, but I have no system to test it
on RHEL5.
It'll be on line, as a new version in the same time that the Ubuntu
9.04 release,
I think.
its'a question of few days or week. Stay connected !

Cheers
