I'm really interested to use python(x,y) software for my scientific
computations. However I'm currently using PowerBook G4 laptop with
Ubuntu 9.10 karmic koala installed. In Ubuntu repositories
(http://linux.pythonxy.com/ubuntu/) I've found only i386 and amd64
supported architectures. Therefore I would like to ask, is there a PPC
linux edition of python(x,y)? I would appreciate if you upload ppc
binary files or source code of your software.
I afraid I can't get any plan for PPC.
But pythonxy is only a list of allready existing packages.
It is in fact no-arch or all-arch.
I guess all packages (?) in Ubuntu have the same name, OS
independently.

Thank you for reply.
So, if I clearly understand, to have python(x,y) working properly on
my laptop I should find and install all the packages for PPC listed
here.
Is it correct?
