Are there any plans to include pydee in the ubuntu repository?

Hi, Jim,
Yes, there are plans for many things, including pydee, rpm's
distributions , upgrading to ubuntu 8.10, 9.04
and .. so much! But I need time and perhaps help.
Linux pythonxy won't be as exhaustive as its windows conterpart, as
already said.
But pydee, from my friend Pierre, is planned , yes.

Regards.

Awesome.

If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know.

Hi jim

You can help, making pydee tar a Debian and/or RPM package ...

But it'll be done in somme days ... do you know Suze Build Service? it's my plan,
but it's new for me.

Thanks for proposal !
Best regards.

I'm not very familiar with package management. Although it is
something I'd like to learn, I probably won't be of much immediate
help in this regard.

Is there a todo list somewhere for this project?

Hi, Jim,
There is no todo list for the moment.
You know you don't need a package to install pydee.
You can install a python tar package, even if it'snot in a deb package form.
