Python Programmers x 4 (Contract in UK) - Client will Security Clear you

Leading Government Agency requires four Python Programmers for high-
profile software development initiative.

Our client will Security Clear you to SC level. It is anticipated this
may lead to a long term assignment.

You will lead the specification and design of large and/or complex
systems and take technical responsibility for large components of the
software development cycle to ensure successful delivery to
requirements.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience in Python,SciPy, NumPy
Evidence of strong maths skills
As many of the following as possible:
XSLT & XSLT APIs,
Sockets, Apache modpy, Tornado, Python event programming with Twisted
or Circuits
Creating scaling web services, Advanced REST, WSDL, SOAP, Django
module creation.
GeoNetwork, GDAL/OGR, OSGeo set, Ext,js, GeoExt
PosgreGIS, pyproj, shapely, mapnik,
NetCDF, HDF

Desirable skills include:
R, Rpy
Advanced functional programming in Python, (Erlang, Haskell concepts)
Hardened programming, sandbox and process level VM isolation
Tika, Metadata verification
RDF, Python RDFlib, SPARQL
