Updated Pythonect Tutorial: Learn By Example && Pythonect FAQ: Call For Questions

Hi All,

I have just updated Pythonect Tutorial: Learn By Example (https://github.com/ikotler/pythonect/wiki/Pythonect-Tutorial:-Learn-By-Example) and added a 'Before Getting Started' section.

I am also thinking of starting to compile a FAQ page, and so if you have suggestion / questions / comments that you think should appear there, please let me know.
