Couldn't find it anywhere else, so here goes. For those with reason to stick with PyQt over PySide.

No worries.
As for installation, just make sure the contents of this .rar file is accessible from your PYTHONPATH. Either by adding it the Maya install (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2014\Python\Lib\site-packages), by appending it to sys.path on startup (userSetup.py) or by adding it to your PYTHONPATH environment variable.

And finally, for those interested and while I still have the files nearby, the versions are PyQt 4.10.3 and sip 4.15.4, compiled with VS2010 as per this post
Now I'm done. :)
