Pick Chooser Menu Shortcut

Is there a way to assign pick chooser behavior to a mouse button shortcut?

I know a way to make a shelf item, to switch pick chooser on and off.

But there is anyway to assign this to a key on click?

For example ALT + X + LMB

Actually where do you set on click mouse buttons shortcuts?
