isolate select tool

Hey All,

just wanted to share a tool I wrote a while back when i was getting into python. It's similar to XSI's isolate select, except it has some memory btns, and viewport toggles. The viewport toggles will match the pane configuration. ie 3panes split left, 4panes, 2panes, etc, etc.

I've changed it a bit recently to where the UI is stuck to the upper right hand corner of the viewport, instead of floating.

it's not perfect, it needs testing. any thoughts?
