Trying to make a simple Radio Button for my Tree mesh and Bush Mesh for My Python Gui

My objective is to have two radio buttons—one for a tree and the other for my bush. If you select one of the buttons, move the coordinates around, then press create. A tree or Bush should appear.

The problem I'm having is that I can't find the values to make it appear. I have the coordinates in the Gui, but I don't understand how to get my tree and bush mesh as a command for the radio button mover and create for the mesh.

I'm also having an issue with my car. How do you import a mesh you created and then make it into a simple create button?
