Is PySide an option before compiling PyQT?

You could using something like:

Hey Guys,

Has anyone compiled PyQT for Maya 2015 (Windows 7 - 64bit) ?

I really don't want to have to learn how to compile this using Microsoft Visual Studio (yikes !)

I need to convert my Softimage scripts to Maya and I would really like to use QT.
