How to run a python script in a digi module?

Hi I am new to this module.I am using ConnectX4 (X4-Z11-E-W) module according to my application.We can use end devices up to 12 modules related to Atmega256rfr2 based controller.Both Coordinator and end devices are talking but how can get the data data on the terminal and how can i run the .py file to this module and how to load in a html based.Please explain in steps wise.
