Disable XML support in pecan+wsme

Hi,

I'm working on openstack/mistral to provide a way to entirely disable XML support.

I saw that it is added to the builtin renderer here: https://github.com/openstack/wsme/blob/master/wsmeext/pecan.py#L48

Is there a way to disable it properly (maybe via some configuration)?
