Does anyone knows something about run python-whiteboard on android? After all, is linux tecnology, isn´t it?

You would have to write the app using the JAVA programming language. And not only that, you have to use their GUI API. Python-whiteboard uses QT. It's not even compatible with Windows.

So, I'm afraid that I have to answer you question with a NO.
