How to get swagger UI with Tornado

 I changed from flask to Tornado for production uses of API. However I am not getting swagger UI which I was getting with flask. I am using python 3.6  and docker containers .

Hi, this is working for me, just getting started though:

There isn't much documentation to go around, but I appreciate that they gave full start to end code example, while some other places I see snippets that apparently everyone already knows where to put but no one wants to tell.
