Can't find favorite.reference

In the documentation for soco.data_structures.DidlFavorite it says:

Note that the favorite itself isn’t playable in all cases, please use the
object returned by favorite.reference instead.

That

 returns a DidlPlaylistContainer.  I don't see a way to play this object?
