CI for relatorio

Hi,

I setup a drone.io project for relatorio:

https://drone.io/ced/python-relatorio

You can see the last status on project main page:

https://code.google.com/p/python-relatorio/

drone will run the test after each commit using the new tox
configuration. drone only supports for now py2.7,py32,py33.

In case of failure, this mailing list should be warned.

Unfortunately, chart template could not be tested because cairo nor
pycha are installable via pip.
