What should the CLI look like?

I got an email with these suggestions for features for the
command-line interface (CLI):

1) interactive and scriptable. prompt for missing information or just
error out depending on --interactive and all infomation can be passed
via cmdline

2) select a bunch of tickets/tasks apply a change to all of them, ie
change milestone and owner for all open task in the foo component

3) save filter to rerun later, ie "find all bugs assigned to Tony for
more than 6 months"

4) saved the easy one last update a couple of fields on a ticket,
really a subcase of 2)

I want to hear more ideas.
