Need Halp with the meetups.

Hi All, 

I'm finding organising the monthly meetups a real struggle, as it's super time consuming - I need halp.

I was hoping that we could implement a rotation system whereby between us we could each take responsibility for organising a meetup once every 3/4/5 months.

This would involve - 

- sorting out the speaker/topics

- sorting the room (+1 for Clavering House)

- sorting the tickets

- sorting the refreshments and food

- sorting the PR and social media feeds

- blogging about it.

I'm asking for help because I want to see this group grow and flourish and by distributing the meetups between us, we're much better suited to doing this.

I would love to help but i'm crazy busy till at least August this year launching a new site for work but once I get over this I would be happy to do one also.

I'll organise the venue (trying Clavering House first) unless anyone else has already done so? I'll try for Tuesday 12th March at the usual time 18:00 - 20:00. I may need help with blogging, tweeting and setting up the meeting in eventbrite (because I don't have access to our account).

Hi, 

I'm back from the land of manual labour : ) 

Clavering house is booked for that Date  and April as well.

The blog is now done with jeckll so that anyone with access  to the PNE org can clone and commit ( which you should have :) )

I can open up the twitter account - the more the merrier (as long as it's kept on topic)

Eventbrite deets I can also share.

I spent a bit of time at christmas setting it up like this so that we could easily start delegating out things :)

Luckily Clavering house is the Venue (consistency for everyone) and the food is sorted by ever generous Laura Sharpe :)
