Hey All,
A few days back, I received a notification from a nifty little app I use (called timehop), which made me realize, its been about a year since we started this community. We had some momentum in the beginning, but things slowed down gradually. I think its time to revive this community, and restart our monthly meetups.
For the first one, I propose a short (about 1 - 1.5 hours) session sometime next week? We can do a talk / presentation, and then have a discussion on the next steps to keep the continuity of this exercise.
Date / location / time / talk topic suggestions welcome.

Lets do this sometime next week? How does next Tuesday or Wednesday
sound? Does that work for everyone?
For content, as Israel mentioned, he can tell us how they went about
establishing the community in Venezuela, and after that, we can discuss
what we can do here to foster the same.
As for the venue, since most of us are located in Media City and around,
we can hold it in the Dubizzle offices itself (floor 30, Al Shatha Tower).

Gentle reminder folks, the meetup is today evening at 6, at the Dubizzle office
(Office No 3005, Al Shatha Tower, Dubai Media City).
The agenda is, Israel will present to us how they went about building the python
community in Venezuela, after which, we will have a discussion on how to go
ahead building the community here, and plan the next meetup.
