Keyring 3.1b1 pre-release available for testing

Thanks to the work of Dmitry Shachnev, Keyring now supports Python 3 without 2to3 conversion. This work is slated for release as Keyring 3.1. I invite those familiar with Keyring to install the beta release and test in your environment to help identify any emergent issues. I'll be running this beta release in my Windows environment, but the OS X and Linux backends could use some additional exposure.
