[Python-il] Asia/Jerusalem broken in pytz

Hi,

We recently found out that there's a problem with the definition of the
Asia/Jerusalem timezone in pytz. For some reason, pytz prefers, for current
dates and time, the definition which the Olson database claims was in force
until 1918 -- which is GMT+2:21 (well, actually, GMT+2:20:40, but pytz rounds
it to a whole minute because of a Python datetime limitation).

2:21. I kid you not.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in developing in Python
o previous or current involvement in open source projects - an advantage
o experience with Python web frameworks (Django, CherryPy) - an advantage
• At least one of the following
o Experience in system-level programming
o Experience in automation for system/integration tests
o Experience in system administration
• Good understanding of at least one of the following platforms - Windows, Linux, VMware vSphere
• General notes:
o Must be a team player
o Part time is not an option
o Not interested in grade averages scored in universities
o BA/BSc is NOT required, experience is a MUST
