[Python-il] PythonTurtle makes into Saudi Arabia's state curriculum

הי לכולם,

קיבלתי חדשות משמחות לאחרונה. הוותיקים בקבוצה אולי זוכרים שפרסמתי פה לפני כשש שנים תוכנה בשם PythonTurtle שכתבתי ושיחררתי כקוד פתוח. זאת תוכנה לימודית בסגנון LOGO שעוזרת לילדים ללמוד לתכנת בפייתון.

לאחרונה גיליתי שמשדר החינוך של ערב הסעודית החליט להכניס את התוכנה הזאת לתכנית הלימודים. לכן זה אומר שבכ-4,000 בתי ספר בסעודיה שמלמדים 700,000 תלמידים, ישתמשו ב-PythonTurtle כדי ללמד ילדים פייתון! אני מאוד גאה בעצמי כרגע :)
