Duration : 12 Months
Rate : $50/Hr on C2C
Must have at least 10 years of experience with below skills.

Key Qualifications :
• Previous work experience requiring high engagement with people
• Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with Apple products is a plus Description
• Facilitate and conduct user studies
• Manage study device inventory
• Prepare and set up study devices
• Assist with development of instructional materials as needed
• Set up and break down study session areas
• Lead in-person study sessions
• Engage and communicate with participants
• Troubleshoot study devices
• Ensure appropriate participant compliance with protocol
• Document session issues
• Gather data from test devices
• Assist with data review and clean-up
• Distribute surveys, review and collate survey responses and other feedback Education
