how to use urllib.urlretrieve to fetch files by proxy

I am doing puzzle exercise, but I use proxy to get on to the internet. So how to  use urllib.urlretrieve to fetch files by proxy ?

Haven't tried, but you should be able to use the urllib.request.ProxyHandler() to setup the proxy prior to the urllib.urlretrieve()
