Title : Java Developer with Payments (Candidate’s should have Payment’s experience)
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ/ Pittsburgh, PA/ Alpharetta, GA/ Coral Springs, FL (5 Days Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months
Rate : $60/Hr on C2C

DOB between 1980 to 1988 only.....
Role & Responsibilities
The backend developer is responsible for developing and enhancing our payment platform and value-added tools. This is a complex payments system and has many features that our customers leverage every day to run their businesses. We are looking for candidates that aren’t afraid to dig into the system and become productive quickly. We value constructive feedback and want employees to feel comfortable proposing well thought out improvements and suggestions.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience working with Java.
3+ years’ experience working in payments related technology.
Experience developing backend web services in a microservice architecture along with command over common data structures and design patterns.
Solid understanding of API design, particularly principles of REST in highly scalable environments
Strong SQL skills, specifically with PostgreSQL, including pros/cons of various approaches to access, and ability to recognize and address potential performance issues.
Experience integrating and troubleshooting hardware terminals.
This includes following EMV and MSR specifications (will be tested during interview)
Experience integrating with multiple processors (i.e.: First Data, WorldPay, TSYS)
Experience with the following technologies:
Languages:
Java
Database:
Postgres
MySQL
SQL Server
Spring Boot
Maven/Gradle
Kubernetes
Cucumber
Docker
