Why can't download the PY4A from the SL4A in Android 7.0

When I  build the SL4A from the code and install it, I found that the PY4A can't download from the following Url

The requested URL /files/PythonForAndroid_r5.apk was not found on this server.

so we tried to download PY4A from the following Url

https://code.google.com/archive/p/python-for-android/downloads

but the version of PY4A is too older and the SL4A can't open and occur crash

Is anyone can provide the information of PY4A or PY4A can fit the SL4A for me.
